Problem Statement
Many students in secondary schools face significant health and hygiene challenges due to limited access to accurate information, cultural taboos, and inadequate personal and school sanitation practices. Issues such as poor menstrual hygiene management, unhealthy eating habits, untreated illnesses, and rising mental health concerns are often overlooked or discussed in hushed tones. As a result, learners continue to suffer silently, with long-term effects on their academic performance, self-esteem, and overall well-being. There is a clear need for a student-friendly platform that allows young people to openly share their experiences, learn from one another, and promote practical solutions in a relatable and respectful way.
About Healthy Hygienic Panorama (HPP)
Healthy Hygienic Panorama (HPP) is a student-led initiative at Panorama Secondary School aimed at promoting health awareness and good hygiene practices among young people. Through writing, storytelling, and peer education, learners use this digital platform to share real experiences, offer practical advice, and create meaningful dialogue around personal and public health issues. HPP is both an educational tool and a voice for youth advocacy in health and hygiene.
